Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeframe
You have 2 calendar days from the date of booking to cancel and apply for a refund.

Required Documentation for Refund
To process your refund, you must provide the Token Invoice Number generated at the time of booking on www.rallymotors.co.in.

Refund Process
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and notify you within 7 days regarding the status of your cancellation.

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (such as credit card or debit card). You will receive a confirmation of your refund via email, sent to the address provided during booking. The full refund will be processed and credited to your account within 30 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Required Documents for Refund Processing
To process your refund, you must present the following:

  • The original receipt.
  • The original debit/credit card used for the transaction.
  • Proof of identity (such as government-issued ID).

Cancellation Exceptions
You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  1. The cancellation request is made more than 48 hours after the booking.
  2. You fail to present the original receipt, the original debit/credit card, or other required proof of purchase.

Disputes Regarding Cancellation & Refund
Any disputes regarding the cancellation or refund process will be resolved by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by Rally Automotive. The territorial jurisdiction for any legal matters will be exclusively in Delhi.
